Fields Tab

This Closedtab contains routing options for Laserfiche Routing activities . It enables you to assign a template and/or field values to the entry being routed.

All settings in this tab are optional. If you do not configure them, they will not be performed.

To open the Fields tab

  1. Add a Laserfiche Routing activity to your Workflow Definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
  2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
  3. Under Routing Options in the Properties Pane, click any of the Closedsetting's icons to open the Routing Activity Options dialog box.

  4. Select the Fields tab.

To configure the Fields tab

  1. Under ClosedAssign a template to the entry, select Assign the following template to display the template drop-down box. Select a template.

  2. Under ClosedSet field values, click Add to open the ClosedEdit Field Value dialog box and configure a new field.

  3. Next to Select the field, select a field from the top drop-down box. To only display fields in a specific template, select Filter by template and choose a template from the bottom drop-down box.
  4.  Under Single-Valued, enter the text that will be added to the field. Click to use tokens.
  5. Optional: If the field you selected allows Closedmultiple values, click New to add additional values. Select whether new values should replace or be appended to existing field data.
